These grilled chicken wings are crispy, juicy, and packed with bold flavor. Tossed in a tangy, creamy Alabama white sauce made with mayo, horseradish, and a hint of lemon, they’re perfect for tailgates, BBQs, or weeknight dinners. Easy to make and impossible to resist!
Add the mayonnaise & next 9 ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until combined. Season with salt &pepper as needed
For the Wings
Preheat grill to 375 degrees. Meanwhile, slather wings with olive oil and coat with seasoning and cornstarch until well covered.
Once the grill is preheated, place the wings on the grates and cook until the skin becomes crispy. Flip & repeat. Once this occurs and the internal temperature registers at least 165 degrees (I prefer 175 degrees for a crispier wing exterior), remove the wings from the grill.
To Finish
Add the wings to a large mixing bowl and top with prepared sauce. Toss until the wings are well-coated. Serve with your sides of choice and enjoy!
