Homemade Alabama White Sauce

Brandyn Baker
This Alabama White Sauce offers a tangy, pepper-forward twist on traditional barbecue sauces. Built on a mayonnaise base with vinegar, lemon juice, and a hint of heat, it delivers a bright, balanced flavor that complements smoked and grilled meats—especially chicken and pork. Designed for versatility, this sauce also works well as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread. Best served chilled to allow the flavors to fully develop.
